Empowering Communities, Changing Lives
The Houston White Rose Foundation is a charitable organization established by the Houston (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. Our mission is to award scholarships to graduating seniors pursuing higher education and to support programs and organizations that advance youth development, the arts, health, and issues of national and international significance. Our foundation co-sponsors an annual, wellness workshop to provide health education and promote disease prevention. We also participate in voter registration efforts and, for many years, funded a health care clinic and school in Haiti. We have since shifted our focus to supporting Haitian refugees in the Houston area.
The Foundation is a nonprofit organization serving the Greater Houston Area, operating exclusively for charitable and educational purposes as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.

We are dedicated to providing scholarships to deserving high school seniors who are eager to pursue higher education. Our scholarship program is designed to support students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership skills, and community involvement. By investing in their education, we are helping to shape the future leaders of our communities. Join us in making a difference.

Our annual wellness workshop is more than just an event; it is a commitment to the health and well-being of our community. We provide valuable health education, resources, and support to promote disease prevention. This interactive workshop features expert speakers, interactive sessions, and opportunities for participants to engage with health professionals for a healthier future.

Our commitment extends beyond local borders. We participate in international outreach programs that address significant global issues. By partnering with organizations around the world, we aim to support initiatives that promote education, health, and empowerment. Together, we can make a difference on a global scale and uplift communities in need.
